hoops

Thanks partly to the illustrious Ms. B, I've become some kind of hooping madman.  That's right.  Sort of like in elementary school, but bigger.  In some cases, way bigger.  Those hoops you can find at the toy store?  Way too small for almost anyone.  You can buy or make a hoop that's at least 5 times better.

So after a year of thinking about it, I finally went and made myself a (huge) hoop, and I discovered that making only one hoop is somewhat expensive and time consuming.  And buying premade hoops isn't cheap.  The short of it is, I'm going to start making my own hoops to share at the park and to sell to anyone interested.

So if you're looking for a good hoop in the Seattle area, or if you might be interested in hoop-making supplies or workshops, let me know!  Just use the form below, and I'll keep you in the loop as I get things going.  I should have my first batch of hoops done in early August, and I'd like to try and have a workshop before summer's over.

Tentative pricing: basic hoops starting around $20, workshop fees (incl. materials) about the same.  It'll probably be a little while before I get into custom/deluxe colors.
