2002 Interhome-Solemar color catalog (2003 catalog shortly):

Interhome is a large multi-national company which teamed with Italian vacation home leader Solemar in the late 90's. Solemar is based in Milan and Florence and is responsible for selecting the properties in the catalog. Interhome's US offices are based in Miami. The regions best represented in the Interhome-Solemar catalog are Tuscany, Umbria, Lazio (Latium), Campania (Amalfi Coast, Capri and Ischia) and Sicily. There is a small selection for Veneto (Venice). Helpful locator maps precede each regional selection of properties.

The catalog comes with a price-list which provides additional useful information such as quality ratings, distances to stores or recreational facilities, and any surcharges.


2003 Cuendet color catalog:

An industry leader for years, Cuendet is family run and is based just outside the fortified hill town of Monteriggioni a few miles N. of Siena. The catalog is the champion in terms of number of properties listed weighing in at over 500 pages. The regions best represented in the Cuendet catalog are Tuscany, Umbria, Lazio (Latium), Campania (Amalfi Coast, Capri and Ischia), Sicily, and an extremely rich collection from the Veneto area around Venice and W. to Lake Garda. There are smaller sections for the Lake Maggiore and Marches areas. Helpful locator maps precede each regional selection of properties.

2003 Parker Company deluxe color catalog:

Beginning in 1993, Parker Co. continues to impress with their amazing attention to quality. While lacking in the sheer numbers of properties of competitors, the Parker catalog is unmatched in terms of the helpfully detailed descriptions and high-quality photographs of each property. The "big 5" areas of Tuscany, Umbria, Lazio (Latium) Campania and Sicily are covered thoroughly, as are Liguria and Veneto. But you'll also find a pleasing selection in out-of-the-way regions such as Marche (Marches), Puglia (Apulia) and other areas not typically covered. The catalog comes with price-list with any variances from the normal rental conditions.
