May is the youngest of the crew, although that doesn't make her any less tougher. Her strength primarily comes from her massive armored battlesuit that she always wears in combat. Although she isn't the greatest at piloting it--she inadvertently wiped out half the Citadel's bridge when accidentally tickled by Rim. Being so young, she sometimes views the world fairly simply--although May does do alot around the ship, including being chief engineer and other miscellaneous jobs. She cares about all the other members of the crew like family(which they kind of are) and in the first OVA seems to have a crush on Rim. May usually hangs out with June; the two are often left in charge of the ship when the others are out. She doesn't always wear her armor(nicely colored apple-green and red), since she never fights without the battlesuit. May's voice is provided by Miki Itou(who has done a lot of voices, including A-ko, Gally from Gunmm, Irene from Bubblegum Crisis, and Cyborg No. 18 from Dragon Ball Z).
