Feb is the de facto captain of the Sol Bianca, and according to SB2 discovered the starship itself along with April. A woman of mystery, you could compare her to Sylia Stingray, since we know almost nothing about her past. Probably for a good reason though, since one of her great passions is getting blotto. Whenever there's a lull in the action, any spare moment of her time, she's always got a bottle of wine for company. When she's sober however, Feb is a master at tactical strategies and a very cunning opponent. She doesn't enjoy violence as much as April or Janny but nothing stands in her way on business--she usually carries a pistolized shotgun, and in the first episode calmly picks off troops with an sniper laser. She wears light gray armor, and her seiyuu is Yohko Matsuoka.She's voiced(not exactly well) in the English version by Laura Chapman.
