These are developmental practice problem sets. Mostly they are not as difficult as the WSMC
Olympiad problem sets or the Highline Math Olympiad problem sets and are organized into the
subject areas that are measured in the Washington State Math Olympiad,
held in April or May of each year.
These practice quizzes are taken from the first and second year lesson plans.
Most consist of 5 problems each and can be completed in 15 minutes by a team of 3 or 4 students. The
linked answers are the answers for the entire lesson to which the
quizzes are associated. Just look for the name of the subject at
the bottom of the answer page to find the appropriate answers (Algebra is called "functions and relationships" and geometry is called
"spatial sense" in many of these answer pages).
