NOTE: 
--   IF Files do not appear to be updated. Please contact the teacher as directed below.

If you get an error attempting to load your students progress report for a class it is likely there is no file present. Please let us know so we can correct this. 

For Questions about group or assignment scores, please contact the teacher by entering Student ID and PIN ==> Select schedule/Progress from the menu ==> Click on the teacher name in the table.

This site is designed to allow you to access student grades, attendance, assignment sheets, and other information. Follow these steps to access the information available at this time:

 
	Using the two fields at the top left of your browser window,

	1. Enter Student ID # provided in letter for your student

	2. Enter PASS PIN # provided.

	3. Select the information you wish to view from the menu.
	
	   For Progress Reports select Schedule/Progress Reports and click on 
	   "progress" for the correct class or section. Elementary selects
	   their class and then courses, secondary selects progress from the
	   class assigned.
Each student has a unique Student ID number and PASS Pin. To view other students
in the family, simply enter the next Student ID # and PASS Pin, and select from
the menu. An Invalid ID or Pin and menu selection other than calendar or message
which are always available to all users, will cause this frame to display page
with message: "This Page cannot be displayed."
NOTES:
  • Information at this PASS site is always unofficial. The only official grades are those issued on your student's report cards.
  • While grades can be viewed at any time, updated grades will be posted each Tuesday by around noon. Look for note in the menu saying grades are posted.
  • Teacher Contact: Enter ID and PIN ==> Select schedule/Progress from the menu ==> From the table click on the teacher name. This opens your email to send an email to the teacher.
  • Calendar, message and assignment sheets are always available and can be accessed without requiring a ID and PIN.
Browser Caching: caching is something your computer does to help speed up your internet connection. An unfortunate side effect is pages at this site may not correctly update and you may see out of date information. Every data page is dated. If the date is more than a week old, please click on the refresh button (shown below) a few times until the date on the report changes.
