Once you have verified availability, you will receive an invoice and may pay $200.00 non-refundable to hold your dates. The balance is due 90 days in advance of your arrival.  When your full payment is received you will receive Arrival Instructions with all of the information you will need to find the condo and gain access, as well as local telephone numbers to call in case of emergency.
