Process Leadership

  • Designed and trained department on custom SDLC.
  • Designed and presented training on subjects such as, XML-based content management, Use Case Modeling, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), CRM Systems, PRM Systems, and template-driven website architectures.

Solutions Leadership

  • Responsible for all capital funding requests for Sales from project scope through executive presentation over a 3 year period.
  • Driving force behind multiple large-scale software design, development and deployment efforts (content presentation platforms, web-based services platform, prepaid replenishment platform, handset theft deterrent platform).

  • Primary point of contact for companies such as Wal*Mart, Target, and Microsoft.
  • Pre-sale and post-sale support of custom developed software solutions.
  • Actively participated in numerous RFI and RFP efforts as both client and vendor.
  • Managed department-wide staffing/outsourcing relationships.
