Making Wine

To hear a wine lover say "I'd like to make wine" is a bit like hearing an actor say, "I'd like to direct". It's a natural next step in an area that you love, but most people don't make the leap. You think about it, you talk about it, you dream about it — but eventually you just have to go and do it.

Since I found myself in the position of getting both good quality grapes, as well as advice on what to do with them, I had to dive in and try it for myself.
